CONSTRUCTION UNDER WAY AGAIN AT THE PRESERVE ON THE HUDSON
With the Hudson Valley townhouse market starting to percolate, construction has begun on a new townhouse building at The Preserve on the Hudson. Sales have picked up in recent months as buyers are taking advantage of low prices, low interest rates, and the federal tax credit. In addition, buyers at The Preserve on the Hudson receive a $25,000 incentive to use any way they want.

The newest building features the Denning and the Cold Spring models. It is expected to be completed by the spring of 2010, so purchasers can take advantage of the tax credit by signing a purchase agreement now, and closing before June 30th, 2010. In addition, there are still a few quick delivery homes available at The Preserve, including a Hudson model with the master bedroom on the first floor, and an Ashokan model, which has been one of the most popular floor plans at The Preserve.
